Can you help speak up against the government’s Fast-track Amendment Bill? We have just 24 hours left to have our say.
The shameful Bill was introduced just last week and passed its first reading in parliament on 7 November. It has prompted fierce condemnation from Greenpeace, who branded it a “savage escalation of the Luxon Government’s war on nature”. It also resulted in the resignation on 4 November of Dr Allan Freeth, Chief Executive of the Environmental Protection Authority.
It is open for submissions but ONLY until lunchtime Monday-tomorrow.
350 Aotearoa have provided this link to help you make a submission:

Please also share on your social media and online platforms, spread the word offline to family, friends, co-workers, groups etc. Ask as many people as you can to make submissions before Monday lunchtime.
Stand up for Sams Creek and our community’s water catchment and for other communities around NZ fighting for their right to have a voice under the unpopular Fast-track legislation.

The link to help make a submission isnt working for me?
Hi Kristy,
I tried it and it worked again for me. Hmmm, maybe this shorter link is quicker:
https://350.org.nz/
then just scroll quickly down and follow their instructions/submission link.
thanks for making a submission!
